Terms & conditions

Terms & conditions Terms for Agree IQ's document tools, workspaces and subscriptions. 1. About the service Agree IQ provides software for drafting, managing, sending and signing agreements. The business is based in Kansas, United States; contact agreeiqsupport@gmail.com. These terms concern the Agree IQ service, not the separate agreements between workspace businesses and their recipients. Agree IQ is not a party to those agreements. 2. Accounts and authority You must be at least 18 to open an account and have authority to act for any business you represent. Use your own login and protect it. Workspace owners control billing and membership; other roles have limited permissions. Agreements belong to the company workspace and remain when a member leaves. Keep account and recipient information accurate and report suspected unauthorized access to support. 3. Your content You retain your rights in content you supply. You permit Agree IQ and the providers needed to operate its features to host, process, display and transmit that content for the service you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your agreements or authorize unrelated advertising use. Only submit information you may lawfully use and share. Review recipients and permissions before sending or assigning an agreement. 4. AI drafting and legal review Agree IQ is not a law firm, provides no legal representation, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI-generated text can contain errors, omissions or unsuitable provisions. Review names, amounts, dates, obligations and local requirements before using a draft. Consult a qualified lawyer when needed, particularly for regulated or high-risk transactions. No document or signature is guaranteed to be enforceable or suitable in every jurisdiction. 5. Prices, renewal and trials Monthly prices are Starter $25.99, Business $49.99 and Pro $99.99 in USD, with any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. Eligible first-time Starter and Business subscribers receive a one-day (24-hour) trial; Pro has no trial. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Review the price, trial eligibility and payment schedule displayed in Stripe before confirming checkout. Future price changes require notice as applicable and do not retroactively change completed charges. 6. Cancellation and refunds Workspace owners may cancel through Account Settings → View billing → Manage subscription, or Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Confirm cancellation in Stripe's portal. Access remains until the current billing period or trial ends and the subscription will not renew. Deleting an account or removing a member does not cancel billing. Charges are non-refundable and partial months are not prorated, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Contact support about billing errors or cancellation problems. See the Refund policy for details. 7. Plan and fair-use limits Starter includes 10 AI agreements, 10 signature requests per month and one user. Business includes 50 AI agreements, 50 signature requests per month and three total users. Pro includes ten total users; its unlimited features are subject to a current fair-use allowance of 300 AI agreements and 300 signature requests per workspace per calendar month (UTC), with a ten-per-minute AI request limit. Usage resets on the calendar-month UTC boundary, not necessarily your Stripe billing date. Storage, branding, analytics and other features follow the displayed plan. Do not bypass limits or use automated bulk activity to evade them. 8. Acceptable use Do not use Agree IQ for unlawful activity, spam, forged signatures, impersonation, malicious files, unauthorized access or interference with the service. Do not sign as another person without authority. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security risks, unpaid subscriptions or legal obligations, subject to applicable law. Contact support to question a restriction. 9. Electronic signatures and copies Senders must confirm electronic signing is appropriate for the transaction and supply additional notices or formalities where required. Recipients choose whether to sign. The Electronic Signature Disclosure describes access, copies and alternatives. Keep independent copies of important agreements. An expired link or loss of workspace access is not a substitute for recordkeeping. 10. Availability, disputes and rights The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or technical problems. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular legal outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first about a dispute or problem. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court venue. 11. Privacy and changes The Privacy policy explains information handling. We may revise service terms, with notice and any further agreement required by applicable law. Posting a policy does not by itself establish that you clicked an acceptance checkbox or waive mandatory rights. Save a copy of the terms that apply to your use.
