Cookie / tracking notice Browser storage and service-provider technologies used by Agree IQ. 1. Sign-in and service operation Clerk uses browser technologies to support authentication and sessions. Hosting, payment and security providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you interact with their services, including Stripe checkout. Disabling essential storage can prevent sign-in, billing or other requested features from working. 2. Preferences Agree IQ uses local browser storage for workspace appearance and dismissed help tips. These features are not advertising tools. Stored preferences can remain until cleared. Shared-device users should sign out and clear relevant browser data when finished. Unsaved questionnaire progress should not be treated as a permanent record. 3. Logs and activity The app maintains workspace usage and agreement activity records for its features. Hosting and other providers can process request and diagnostic information. This is different from a claim that the app has no tracking or collects no technical information. This notice does not promise an exhaustive inventory of provider cookies or provider retention periods. 4. Your choices Use your browser's settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and website storage. Clearing storage does not delete server-side agreements or cancel billing. The app does not currently implement a dedicated Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control handler; this does not waive any obligation to honor legally applicable opt-out requests. Any future nonessential tracking requiring consent must be addressed before introduction.
