Refund policy Subscriptions & refunds · Agree IQ · Kansas, United States 1. Free trials We offer a one-day (24-hour) free trial for eligible first-time Starter and Business subscriptions. Pro does not currently include a trial. Review the trial and payment schedule in checkout before subscribing. You must cancel before the 24-hour trial period ends to avoid being charged the monthly subscription fee. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. 2. Subscriptions and renewal Starter is $25.99/month, Business is $49.99/month and Pro is $99.99/month in USD, plus any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Your Stripe checkout, subscription record and invoice show the applicable amount and billing schedule. 3. No refunds Once an initial or renewal subscription charge is processed via Stripe, it is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including rights concerning unauthorized or incorrect charges. 4. Cancellation You may cancel at any time through Account Settings → View billing → Manage subscription. Workspace owners can also use Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Confirm cancellation in Stripe's billing portal. Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle or trial, and you will not be charged for a subsequent renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund an already processed charge. Removing a member or deleting a login does not cancel the subscription. 5. Billing questions For duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges, cancellation problems or legally required refunds, contact agreeiqsupport@gmail.com. Include your account email, invoice reference and a description. Never send a full card number, CVC, password or API key. If checkout is explicitly labeled as a test or sandbox, use test payment details only; sandbox transactions do not transfer real funds.
