Privacy policy How Agree IQ handles information when you visit our website, use a workspace, or receive an agreement. 1. About this notice Agree IQ is a business based in Kansas, United States. This notice covers useagreeiq.com and the Agree IQ web app, including when added to a phone's Home Screen. Contact agreeiqsupport@gmail.com for privacy questions. A business sending you an agreement also controls its own use of your information; contact that business about its agreement contents. 2. Information you provide We process account names, email addresses and authentication identifiers; workspace membership and roles; company names and uploaded logos; questionnaire answers, notes, templates and agreement text; recipient details; typed or drawn signatures; signing timestamps and consent records; and support or privacy requests. Documents can contain information about other people. Provide only information you have authority to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, passwords, government identification numbers and payment-card details in documents or AI prompts. 3. Payments and authentication Clerk provides account authentication and sessions. Third-party sign-in options may supply profile information you authorize, such as your name and email. Stripe processes payment information in its hosted checkout and billing portal. Agree IQ stores billing identifiers, subscription status and plan information, not full payment-card numbers or CVCs. Never send card details or passwords to support. 4. Technical information and browser storage The app and its hosting, authentication and delivery providers process request, device, browser, network and diagnostic information to operate the service and investigate errors or abuse. The app records usage counters, agreement activity and security-related events. Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, appearance preferences and dismissed tips. See the Cookie / Tracking Notice for controls and limitations. 5. How information is used We use information to authenticate users, operate workspaces and permissions, draft and store documents, deliver invitations, collect signatures and preserve related evidence, administer subscriptions and usage limits, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Agreement recipients and workspace members provide some of the information associated with your records. 6. Providers and sharing Clerk supports authentication; Supabase stores application records and company logos; Vercel hosts the app; Stripe manages payments; Resend delivers agreement and team invitations; and Groq processes AI drafting inputs and candidate drafts. These providers receive information needed for those functions. Provider processing is also subject to applicable provider terms and privacy notices. Authorized workspace members access records according to their roles. Invited recipients receive agreement access. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. This notice does not authorize selling customer agreements or using their contents for unrelated advertising. 7. AI processing Using Draft with AI sends your answers, notes and relevant generated text to Groq for generation and review. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share with that provider. AI output may be inaccurate. This notice does not promise zero provider retention, exclusive US processing or a provider-wide exclusion from model training. Contact support before using AI for information that requires specific processing restrictions. 8. Sharing links and logos Signing and invitation links contain private access credentials. Anyone possessing an active signing link may be able to view the associated agreement; do not publish or forward it. Links can expire or be revoked. Company logos are served through public image URLs so they can appear in the app and agreements. Do not use a confidential image as a logo. Customer agreements are not offered as a public document library. 9. Retention and deletion Account, workspace, agreement, signature and audit records are retained to operate the service and support business recordkeeping, security, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Removing a member does not remove company-owned agreements. Canceling billing does not itself delete records. Automatic deletion within a fixed period after account closure is not currently implemented. Submit a deletion request for review; records may need to be retained where another party has rights, a legal obligation applies, or preservation is needed for a dispute. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods. A request receipt is not confirmation that deletion has been completed. This update does not retroactively remove rights or commitments applicable to information previously collected. 10. Your requests and choices Depending on applicable law and our obligations, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to or limit processing, or appeal a decision. Use the Privacy requests page or email agreeiqsupport@gmail.com; no account is required to email a request. We verify identity and authority before disclosing or changing records. An authorized agent may need proof of permission. If a request is declined, you may ask support to review it and contact your relevant regulator. We do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Mandatory legal rights and response deadlines apply regardless of this notice. 11. Security and international processing The app uses authentication, server-side permission checks and restricted database access. These safeguards do not eliminate every risk, and no security or compliance certification is promised. Providers may process information outside your state or country. This notice does not guarantee a particular storage location or international-transfer mechanism. Contact support before providing data subject to specific residency requirements. 12. Age and policy updates Agree IQ accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older using business document tools. Do not knowingly submit children's personal information. Contact support if you believe a child has provided information so we can review the concern and take appropriate action. Policy revisions carry an updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Revised wording does not itself authorize a new use of previously collected information where additional consent is required.
