Electronic signatures Read, choose, sign, and keep a copy. 1. Review and scope Read the complete agreement, check its parties, scope, amounts, dates and obligations, and ask the sender to correct errors before signing. The checkboxes apply to the specific agreement displayed, not blanket consent to unrelated future documents. Agree IQ provides the technology and is not a party to the agreement. 2. Your choice and alternatives Signing electronically is voluntary. Before signing, contact the sender to request paper delivery, another method or to withdraw your choice to sign electronically. Update an incorrect recipient email with the sender before proceeding. Agree IQ does not mail paper copies or charge an app fee for withdrawing electronic consent. Ask the sender about any paper-copy fees, alternative process or transaction consequences before agreeing. Withdrawing consent does not undo a completed agreement or its existing legal effects. 3. Access and copies You need an internet-connected device, a current browser with JavaScript, and access to the email receiving your invitation. You must be able to view the full agreement and use your browser's Print / PDF function or a printer to keep a copy. Test access and saving before consenting; contact the sender if either fails. Save the agreement while the link is active. For later copies, contact the sender. Agree IQ does not promise indefinite access through an invitation link. 4. Signing and evidence You may type your name or draw a signature with a pointer or touch screen. You must separately confirm agreement to the terms and your choice to sign electronically and ability to access and save the document. New signing records associate the displayed document version and hash with the submitted name, signature, acknowledgments and UTC completion time. A completion record can be downloaded for signatures captured by this workflow. Older signatures may not contain these newer fields. A document hash is not notarization or independent identity verification. 5. Private links and legal requirements Keep your link private. Possession of the link allows access and does not independently prove the recipient's identity. Senders must confirm the intended signer and any required authority. Some transactions require additional consumer disclosures, witnesses, notarization or formalities this app does not supply. This notice alone does not meet every transaction-specific requirement.
